RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Welcome to SpaceUP, where your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that occasionally, your order might not meet your expectations, and we are dedicated to resolving such concerns promptly. Please find our return and exchange policy below:
- SpaceUP offers a 3-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. To ensure your satisfaction, please return all items in their original, unused, unworn, unwashed condition and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. Items that are not re-sellable will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories if any. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
- If you receive a defective product or one that doesn’t function as advertised, reach out to us immediately for assistance. You can return faulty products within 3 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging along with all accessories.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, simply fill out the form. Once we receive your details, we’ll arrange a replacement. Our courier will collect the current product from you and deliver the new one. Note that “Random Color” in product title means that the selection of color is not allowed where mentioned.
- We process refunds within 15-20 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds are issued via bank transfer. Please note that refund processing times may vary due to bank delays beyond our control.
- Replacement will take at least 7 working days and Rs. 300 will be deducted on each return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. SpaceUP is not liable for any lost items during transit.
- If the return or exchange results from a change of mind or an incorrect order placed by the customer, delivery charges will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding that shipping costs are only refundable when the fault lies with SpaceUP, such as in cases of faulty products or packing mistakes.
