SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping charges varies depending upon weight, product price, location and type of product.
2. Minimum standard fee of Rs 250/- applies for each delivery nationwide.
3. Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day to ensure timely service.
4. Our standard delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days for Karachi and 5 to 7 days for other cities. However, during busy shopping seasons or periods of high demand, delivery may take up to additional 2 working days. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
5. Order Confirmation: For new customers, we ensure your satisfaction by confirming each order via call, SMS, or WhatsApp through our Customer Service Representative.
